At Pujahome, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you order from our website. Our return policy is designed to be simple, flexible, and customer-friendly. We strive to resolve any issues to the best of our ability, and we welcome returns and replacements under the following terms:

1. Wrong Product: If an incorrect product has been dispatched to you, or if a product does not match the item ordered by the customer (Unboxing Video Required).
2. Manufacturing Defect: In the event of a manufacturing defect on the received product (Video Required).
3. Damaged Condition: If the product is received in a damaged condition (Unboxing Video Required).

Return Process:

A) Cancellation: We prioritize 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at support@pujahome.com within 12 hours of ordering, and we will assist you. Please note that orders under certain categories like Cakes & Flowers with same-day or fixed-time delivery cannot be canceled once dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, order cancellation is not allowed.

If you cancel the order after dispatch, you will need to bear the shipping charges as outlined below.

• Domestic Shipping (India): Rs. 75/- for 0-500 gm, Rs. 150/- for 500-999 gm, Rs. 250/- for 1Kg-2KG, and Rs. 250 + Rs 125 per additional kg for 2kg and above.
• International Shipping: Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

B) Breakages: If there is breakage or any in-transit damage, please send an unboxing video of the product within 12 hours of delivery to support@pujahome.com, and we will take immediate action.

C) Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (with unboxing video), please contact us immediately through chat support or email at support@pujahome.com. You may return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or exchange. Our support team will guide you through the return pickup process.

For returns not covered under the above three reasons, we will refund the cost of the product after deducting the freight/shipping charges:

• Domestic Shipping (India): Rs. 75/- for 0-500 gm, Rs. 150/- for 500-999 gm, Rs. 250/- for 1Kg-2KG, and Rs. 250 + Rs 125 per additional kg for 2kg and above.

Refund Timeline: Upon initiating the refund as per our Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank partner.

Please note, at Pujahome, we initiate the refund upon successful return pickup and upon receiving the returned item in good condition. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary based on the courier partner's delivery time to our warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may request you to share a screenshot of your bank statement with us at support@pujahome.com.
